Residential Block B2 completion


Simon Coyle of Mazars and the National Asset Management Agency  instructed The O’Toole Partnership to proceed with the completion of a ‘shell’ residential block consisting of 85 apartments in the large mixed use development in Sandyford. The €11 million project involved value engineering and rationalisation of the previously approved scheme, and new Planning Permission was obtained, together with Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates.

In 2016 TOTP Architects will complete a new 10 storey block called "The Maples" for I•RES REIT adjacent to B2A. This project will take 16 months and includes the completion of all basement carparks.
