Loughshinny Nursing Home
TOTP were awarded a contract to design a new nursing home in North County Dublin, Loughshinny. When competed the state of the art nursing home will contain 123 beds and be 6,300 sq.m in size.
The design brief was to deliver a “Best in Class” care environment for the aged that has a feel of quality and luxury, engendering a sense of well-being in the residence and re-enforcing a sense of confidence around the care environment.
