Two South County
The Two South County development is the second of a 3-building scheme within the IDA South County business park, Leopardstown. Two South County is the second building in Mastercard’s proposed new European technology hub. The building is 5-story with two 18m wide floor plates separated by a central atrium. This atrium also houses primary vertical circulation core with feature stair and horizontal circulation via connecting bridges which traverse the atrium on the upper floors.
Two South County is a landmark building with the reflective “Veil” feature glazing presenting to the North Eastern edge of the building. This glazing projects above the parapet lines and building mass to create a floating dynamic interaction with its surroundings. With its sister building One South County, Two South County frame the primary roadway and act as the Gateway to the IDA business park. The building is targeted to achieve BER B1 rating and LEED Gold & WIRED platinum scores.
