THREE SOUTH COUNTY
The Three South County development is the third building of a 3-building scheme within the IDA South County business park, Leopardstown. Much like its sister buildings Three South County is a 5-story development with a central atrium but unlike One & Two South County the atrium is capped to the south of the building floor plate. The termination of the atrium at the southern portion of the building represents the completion of the pedestrian route through the 3-building scheme. Pedestrians having the ability to permeate through the buildings along the alignment of the building atria through One and Two South County to the final destination of Three South County and its proposed new public Plaza.
The Eastern wing of the building is topped with a feature roof garden amenity which mirrors the high-quality design of the public plaza and offers panoramic views from Dublin port to the Wicklow mountains. Three South County is framed on both wings by its feature “Veil” reflective glazing which play with the building massing and act to mirror the existing sylvan setting and the propose new landscaped plaza amenity. The building is targeting BER B1 rating and LEED Gold & WIRED platinum scores.
