The proposed 150 Bed Nursing Home, located off the Ballyogan Road and adjacent to the Leopardstown Valley Shopping Centre, is a three storey building with a gross floor area of 7,960sqm. The proposed building ensemble consists of two interlocking blocks offset to create an entrance foyer to the south and service area to the north. Externally the building’s compact volume is brought to human scale with material changes and engaging landscaping.
