Chairman Patrick O’Toole and the Directors, Chris Ryan, Pierce Byrne, Des Smyth, Niall Woods, Sharon Conroy, Brano Mnahoncak and Lukasz Rudy share many years of experience from within public and private sector. Their combined design and practical experience extends through many sectors including masterplanning, medical, commercial office, industrial, large scale residential, hospitality, sport and airport design. Between them they share many years of professional experience accross these sectors.

This enables us to bring vast international experience and apply it to our local market as well as unlocking opportunities in the countries of origin of our international staff. TOT Architects accepted a complex, technically challenging and financially demanding brief for work on a 200 bed extension. This provided Highfield Healthcare with a range of accommodation choices tailored to meet the needs of residents with dementia and other mental health impairments, and an upgrade of 64 high dependency beds, all in accordance with the latest HIQA standards.
