Our final proposal provides for a dynamic architectural response, which sits well within the context of the Grand Canal Basin and addresses the existing warehouses buildings, waterfront, Green Street, adjacent proposed developments and the broader urban context. The architectural response was developed with a clear base, middle and top, as part of a responsible urban design approach.
