Sandyford Business District
Sandyford Business District is the third phase of development and follows the Beacon Court Offices, Hotel and Hospital completions. It represents 1,120 apartments, 23,000sqm of retail, restaurant and leisure space, 7,700sqm of offices and parking for 2,300 cars. Also completed within this phase is ‘Imaginosity’, Irelands first children’s interactive museum.
Within the residential blocks, a duplex apartment/spine corridor configuration is used, providing dual aspect to 82% of apartments.
