Tallaght Town Center
The Tallaght New Town Centre is a mixed use development of 95,000sqm, located in south west of Dublin. The project delivers some 507 apartments set around three raised landscaped courtyards, two crèches, three office buildings, a hotel conference, health and fitness centre, a food court and extensive ground floor retail comprising 26 units.
Wide pavements, a new pedestrian street and public square extend the public realm from the town centre. The new urban quarter sits above three levels of basement parking accommodating 1600 cars. The development addresses the LUAS Red Line and Terminus. The three office buildings straddle the line forming a gateway to the town centre. The development delivers a key component of South Dublin County Councils ‘20/20 Vision for Tallaght Town Centre.
