The project proposes the creation of an Innovation Campus on the former IIRS / Enterprise Ireland site at Glasnevin Dublin. The 9.5 acre site will host a large cluster of innovative companies mainly in the clean tech sector and will realise the synergies available through close collaboration with Dublin City University. The master plan identifies the retention and recycling of certain buildings in conjunction with selective site clearance and redevelopment. Accommodation provided includes workshop, laboratory and research facilities, office and support space.
