IPUT, the largest logistics landlord in Ireland, commissioned TOT to design and manage the construction of 26,000sq.m of new high bay space in 2 buildings. Site G - This building will have a parapet height of 17 metres with a gross floor area of 11,012 sq m including a warehouse area (10,079 sq m), ancillary office areas (877 sq m) and staff facilities (56 sq m).
Site Q2 - This building will have a parapet height of 17 metres with a gross floor area of 14,649 sq m including warehouse area (13,494 sq m), ancillary office areas (1,099 sq m) and staff facilities (56 sq m). The new buildings incorporate full roof photovoltaic installation and green walls to reflect IPUT’s sustainability objectives and comply fully with latest NZEB standards.
