In addition to the warehouse units the scheme also provides 3 own-door office buildings, each at 3 storeys, together with a café/restaurant unit. The site is broken down with a newly proposed North South road accessed from Calmount road and an internal East West road providing access to the internal units.
A public plaza has been proposed at the corner of Ballymount Avenue and Calmount road which provides both a public amenity and pedestrian gateway into the site. Totalling 24,935 sqm of development, the scheme received a grant of planning in December 2022.
