The Three South County development is the third building of a 3-building scheme within the IDA South County business park, Leopardstown, with One and Two South County buildings currently home to Mastercard’s European Tech Hub. It is a 5-story commercial office building with below ground parking with a central atrium and a feature roof garden. As the final building in the scheme, it offers the completion and final destination to the scheme which terminates in a newly proposed semi-public plaza. This plaza offers an amenity space for the occupants of the business park.
