In 2023 TOT Architects secured planning permission for the warehouse & logistics facility in Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2, Cherryhound. The development will be situated on a prominent site within the established Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2 campus, overlooking the M2/M3 Link Road (L3095), with easy access to the M2, M3, & M50 motorway network.
The development will consist of a c. 30,000 sq.f detached warehouse & logistics facility, with 2 storey ancillary office accommodation, enclosed and secure marshalling yard with dock levellers & grade level doors. The facility is part of the larger scheme at the lands known as PLOT 2 and its construction is due to commence in Q3 2023.
