The proposed Servecentric Data Centre building is a 2-storey, 6,545sq.m, 10MW facility with data halls, ancillary mechanical and electrical support areas and office space over two levels. There is provision for 36 car parking spaces and 64 cycle spaces. The marshalling yard, loading bays (2no.) and standby generators are located to the south of the site with the generators stacked over two levels.

The site is landscaped and has secure fencing to its perimeter. The facades are clad in varied cladding types to create interest but also to offset the mass of the building and relate to its context. The office element projects from the main data hall element to give a presence in the landscaped space but also to break down the bulk of the overall building form. The location and extent of curtain wall glazing has been carefully considered to complement the overall composition and present a pleasing frontage to the adjacent roads.
